Refund Policy

We want you to be confident working with us. Here's how refunds and cancellations work.

Setup & custom work

One-time setup and custom development fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they reflect delivered effort.

You can cancel a monthly plan anytime; service continues until the end of the billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.

If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days and we'll work to make it right or discuss a fair resolution.

Email us with your account details and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
